Corporate Counsel The candidate should be an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented attorney to support the global Procurement team and Gaming Americas business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, diligent and have excellent business acumen to collaborate with attorneys, sales, technology, and product development teams, as well as internal business partners in furtherance of the goals of the business. This position involves addressing a spectrum of complex legal, business and strategic issues with a focus on preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, such as vendor and customer contracts. This position will preferably be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Reno, Nevada or Providence, Rhode Island and will report to Deputy General Counsel, Global Gaming and IP. Juris Doctorate with admission to at least one State bar, 4-6 years as a practicing attorney, including contract law experience working at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department. Strong written and oral communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively with all levels of management. Ability to multi-task and work quickly and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and successfully as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Gaming experience, Experience supporting a procurement organization. Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (including AdobeSign), and Oracle SAP. Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
