ProfileContracts Administrator The candidate will provide contract administration assistance for all sales and commercial procurement contract matters. Will proactively and efficiently, manage and respond to a high volume of daily contract-related requests and inquiries that come through the Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Independently complete and process standard template agreements (e.g., statements of work, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, etc.). Administer the CLM system, including dispatching new requests, entering required information and uploading fully executed contracts. Multitask and proactively collaborate with internal clients, attorneys and team members in facilitating the legal operations of firm. Monitor and oversee electronic signature process using Adobe Sign and ensure contract execution. Support Legal Department initiatives, including establishing appropriate processes, and leveraging technologies to increase efficiencies. Prepare reports for the status of contracts as requested.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant law firm or in-house experience as a Contracts Administrator or Paralegal, with experience in contract administration. Should have Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience. Experience using the ApttusCLM system and Adobe Sign or other CLM system or e-signature tools is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and Adobe, including editing functions. Experience with procurement processes and functions at other technology companies and a passion for improving legal operations and contracting processes is essential. Excellent verbal, written communication and comprehension skill is essential.
