Attorney - Immigration Representation Project The candidate will provide legal representation to immigrant detainees and other non-citizens facing deportation. Position will require some travel to ICE detention facilities and immigration courts in Newark and Elizabeth, and USCIS offices in Newark and Mount Laurel. Prior related experience will be highly valued. Candidate with an excellent academic record and demonstrated commitment to assisting and advocating for low income people will also be considered. Spanish fluency highly desirable.
