Paralegal - Litigation
Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys with preparing necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration. Locating and reviewing information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject through online research or document reviews. Managing large volumes of documents and working with each case and transaction, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining document databases for discovery, document production, and attorney review, and assisting attorneys in preparation of pleadings/motions and the coordination of service of process.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate. 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements: Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization.
