Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Duties:
- Develop and execute client legal strategies with precision and thoroughness.
- Oversee and manage paralegals to ensure optimal case results.
- Maintain responsibility for client cases, including all aspects of case management such as communications, pleadings, discovery, and court hearings.
- Work closely with clients and other counsel throughout the legal process to provide outstanding service.
- Engage in temporary hearings, mediations, and depositions, and represent clients in final trials (preferred).
- Handle cases involving clients with a net worth of $1 million or more or annual earnings of $250,000 or greater.
- Draft and supervise the preparation of interrogatory answers and other key legal documents.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards in legal practice.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in Georgia.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable in the courtroom and eager to gain extensive litigation experience.
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to complement intellectual capabilities (IQ).
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid Georgia Bar license.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia (required).

- Experience in handling depositions, mediations, and trials.
