Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of complex litigation, including investigations and courtroom representation.
  • Handle cases related to insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, and other commercial disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in both state and federal courts.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide support on various legal matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, with a strong foundation in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters, including investigation and litigation.
  • Insurance or healthcare fraud experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
