Legal Collections Specialist The candidate will work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting. Make outbound calls and taking inbound calls. Notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments. Prepare files for additional legal action. Should have High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1+ years’ of customer service, collections, call center, or legal experience are preferred. Excellent speaking, listening and customer service skills are required. Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research and data entry is required. Type a minimum of 30 wpm with accuracy is required. Spanish speaking is a plus.
