"A Good Business Firm "

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

I would encourage people to not gossip so much in the office. While admittedly some of the industry gossip was interesting it could be distracting. I would also hire an extra IT person or two. It would help keep the computers running making everyone work better.

Pros : I have worked on a lot of interesting cases. The work is challenging and there is some expectation of being independent. I liked that aspect and have really thrived. Even though there is an expectation of experienced attorneys being independent, junior associates are mentored well.
Cons : Sometimes the gossip got out of hand. A lot of it was industry gossip but I found it annoying at times even if I contributed to it. Also the IT support can be lackluster which can slow down workflow.
