Regulatory Developments and Training Manager The candidate will work with Chief Regulatory Counsel on an ongoing basis to identify necessary regulatory knowledge and skills for tasks performed by Legal and Compliance (for example, anti-kickback statute issues, reporting under the Sunshine Act, etc.). Will develop, maintain, and modify a Training Needs Assessment to be given periodically, taking into account the business and growth needs of the Company and the tasks performed by Legal and Compliance. Using the results of the Training Needs Assessment as well as questions brought to Chief Regulatory Counsel, create and prioritize regulatory training topics. Using content approved by Chief Counsel, Regulatory, develop and maintain Regulatory Training Program using multiple media. Track internal compliance with training requirements, making sure that everyone in Legal and Compliance receives periodic training. Monitor regulatory developments and enforcement actions to update Legal and Compliance and modify Regulatory Training Program. Quickly prepare training materials when regulatory developments must be communicated quickly. Paralegal experience in healthcare law is required. Four year degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Paralegal certification is helpful. Paralegal experience in healthcare law is required. Law firm experience in healthcare law is required. Knowledge of and experience with healthcare regulatory agencies is needed. Significant experience in preparing and updating presentations are needed. Understanding of corporate structures and healthcare system is needed. Experience with various presentation applications (Prezi, PowerPoint, etc.) is needed.
