Senior Marketing Content Review Analyst Duties: Interfaces with global Legal/Compliance for questions, consultation, approval of marketing content components; includes all routings; enables a complete awareness of all Legal/Compliance comments/questions; strong ability to negotiate with Legal/Compliance. Serves as a contact for the Advanced Marketing Platform team to answer questions about content compliance and legal/regulatory requirements. Works under the direction of the Manager, Marketing Project & Content Review: Provides guidance to the marketing teams regarding relevant rules and marketing review procedures;. Ensures that all Legal/Compliance comments are understood and incorporated, as appropriate, when Legal/Compliance reviews are required. Creates disclaimer content to ensure adherence to global and local regulations, including striving for alignment across regions thru standardization and reuse . Maintains and updates entire multi-regional disclaimer component library for the Advanced Marketing Platform; responsible for accurateness, consistency across the thousands of disclaimers; directs marketers on placement and appropriateness. Primary representative for all Legal marketing content audits. Attend various regional internal Compliance meetings, as well as industry conferences; maintains excellent knowledge of regulatory rules.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Series 7, Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) and Series 24 or ability to obtain within 6-9 months. 8-10 years financial services marketing experience. 3-5 years financial compliance. 5 years working with global teams. Financial industry knowledge required. Prior experience as paralegal a plus. Knowledge of global regulatory marketing rules for financial industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent negotiating skills.
