Assistant Attorney General DUTIES: Provide professional legal representation of and assistance to the Consumer Protection Unit in the investigation of consumer complaints and the enforcement of the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act. Provide professional legal representation to the Consumer Protection Unit. Assist in the enforcement of the Wyoming telephone solicitation laws and the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act. Respond and advise in responses to inquiries, complaints and other communication. Investigate consumer and telephone solicitation complaints; identify violators and bring enforcement actions against violators on behalf of the state.

Qualification and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS: JD Degree. Experience and/or interest in consumer protection and antitrust laws are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of state and federal law, rules of evidence, rules of civil procedure, and rules of appellate procedure.
