Paralegal The candidate will assist the Legal Counsel by performing those responsibilities as required for transactional documents, risk management matters and compliance issues. Also will assist Legal Counsel by performing general and routine office duties and special assignments. Provides legal support by researching, performing routine analysis for decision-making, drafting of memoranda and legal documents, and file management. High School Graduate or GED is required. Bachelor's degree or other college level program in a related field is desirable. Paralegal certification is desirable. Experience in providing administrative support is required with experience in a legal environment being desirable. Experience drafting documents, using word processing software and electronic mail systems is required. Additional experience using Excel, Access , Powerpoint and other computer programs is desirable. Knowledge of legal/compliance issues and law office procedures is desirable. Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to type 45 WPM.
