A qualified consumer attorney should be familiar with debtor-creditor law and collections.  

  • Represent clients in debt/collections cases
  • Independently manage a high volume caseload
  • Collaborate with attorneys and partners on complicated legal issue
  • Consistently engage in client communication
  • Work with a team


  • Prior consumer law experience; bankruptcy experience preferred 
  • JD from accredited law school
  • Bar certified, active and in good standing in the state of Georgia
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Strong sense of discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
