Other than some of the superiors keeping themselves in check, there isn't much else to suggest in regards to how to make the work place better.Pros : For people such as myself, I found the really helpful environment of the firm to be beneficial. The firm tries its best to focus on factors that help the associates to do be able to do their job. There is also an emphasis on making sure that more than one lawyer is able to get involved in a case. This helps with making sure that different aspect of a case can be looked over by lawyers who specialize in more than one field. I think it helped me in the beginning to get involved with various projects.
