Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to work closely with the Managing Attorney and leadership team. Ability to work independently and oversee the daily operations of the Firm's satellite office. Opening and closing the office. Greeting office guests and vendors. Ordering supplies. Working with the property manager. Scheduling maintenance. General clerical items. Ability to multi-task and adapt to constantly changing priorities. Maintain attorney/hearing calendars. Case fact-gathering and retrieving and engage with attorneys in case planning and recommendations on how to proceed. Conduct legal research assist in Draft, revise, and produce legal pleadings and briefs. Ability to produce correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree with an appropriate certification as a Paralegal (see California Business and Professions Code section 6450(c)) and have 5+ years of Paralegal experience. Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy. Experience in marketing, public relations, client intake, accounts receivable, human resources, operations. Strong client relations skills. Previous experience working for any of the California Departments (e.g. Real Estate, Medical Board, Alcohol Beverage Control, etc.). must have Bilingual-Spanish.
