Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide support to the Legal Department, comprised of the GC, Associate GC, and contract attorneys. Legal document revision and formatting. Administrative support, which includes: Organization/filing/document maintenance; Internal and external correspondence; Meeting organization, preparation and follow up; Corporate minute book maintenance; Scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements; Handle invoices and expense reports; Support of the annual budgeting process; Maintain confidentiality. Must have High School Diploma (two-year degree is preferred). Should have proficient in Office 2007 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project), as well as Google mail, Google Docs and Adobe Acrobat. Type 80 wpm and transcription ability is needed. Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
