Paralegal Training Coordinator
The candidate will assist with the design and implementation of a training program for the ECVC paralegal assistants and paralegals. Job duties include hiring, supervising, training, and ensuring the professional development of the ECVC paralegal assistants and paralegals. Should have 1O+ years of recent corporate securities paralegal experience working with emerging growth companies. Must have strong knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law, federal and state securities laws, option plan administration, venture capital finance and private company M&A experience required. Must demonstrate analytical ability and the ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Must have experience training department support staff such as paralegal assistants and/or paralegals. Experience with public offerings, public company reporting/compliance,and secured lending a plus. Knowledge of eShares software a plus.

I would like to see our current management team revised with possibly some new replacements to be available to take care of issues that arise in the office.

Pros : The work environment is excellent as everyone is very helpful and experienced. The benefits are awesome as well and everyone really cares about their clients.
Cons : I have found the firm to be somewhat slow in terms of how quickly they resolve issues that are occurring around the office. I have found this to be mostly related to our current management team though.
