We have an outstanding In-House Legal Administrative Assistant opportunity. Our client is looking for someone who can assist with initial drafts and revisions to legal documents, specifically including real estate documents, loans, acquisitions and transactions. In addition, utilize document management system, assist with word processing, clerical tasks, answering phones, scanning and other administrative assignments.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years legal experience with comprehensive knowledge of real estate, transactions and loans as well as knowledge of document management system and proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
