Contract Assistant Duties: Assist the Director of Payor Contracting with both the contracting and credentialing duties of Managed Care Contracts. Assist the Director in completing all pre-contracting, facility and group applications and other requirements of managed care organizations. Compile all requisite supporting documentation regarding: facilities, programs, licensure, policies and procedures, clinicians. Respond to requests for information on various facilities by providing supporting documents, e.g.: accreditations, licensure, insurance SOP’s, etc. Maintain contract folders by contract.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Associates degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, High School diploma required. Excellent organization and good analytical/problem solving skills. Detail oriented with prior experience in data collection and application form completion highly preferred. Excellent computer skills with knowledge and accuracy with Microsoft Office and Excel.
