Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience working in a law firm which practices civil and business litigation. Must possess a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program and/or a degree from a Four year University with 2+ years experience working in a law firm. Should possess the following skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with CA Rules of Court and the Orange County Superior Court Local Rules, e-filing via One Legal, calendaring, strong concentration on all phases of civil litigation, including motion practice and sorting through large volumes of discovery, strong written and communication skills, ability to follow directions and take initiative, ability to manage large case files, ability to handle stressful situations and short deadlines, experience with Westlaw/Lexis, MS Outlook, and Abacus a plus.
