Concierge Assistant
Duties: Handling the intake of new clients. Adding all new clients to systems. Create letterhead and pleadings. Reach out to clients, prior counsel for file and coordinating arrival. Administrative tasks such as copying pleadings for new clients. Help coordinate events for firm such sending out evites and preparing gifts. Scanning and saving intake documents. Take payment over phone. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: HS Diploma a must. Paralegal Certificate is welcome or relevant work experience will do. Practices superior time management. Maintains excellent writing and language skills. Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must be able to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Must possess the ability to generate trust and build relationships with co-workers. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times to protect the privacy of employees and clients. Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution. Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Excel and Outlook.
