Management should be more lenient with workers. We will work hard regardless if we are emailed or not. More opportunities to rise in station would also be great.Pros : The firm is a great place to work for, and the location is close to my home. The pay is great and above what I expected. Benefits are somewhat lacking. There are some big cases to work on from time to time.
