"A Young Law Firm That Needs to Mature Somewhat"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

The firm should adapt to changing times and give greater consideration to different lifestyle options chosen by its staff. The firm should also improve diversity ratings.

Pros : The firm has plenty of work and plenty of clients to keep it busy. There is always enough work to sustain employment.
Cons : The management is not a great fit for everyone. Some think the management's approach harsher than it should be.
