Paralegal Duties: Assisting attorneys in all areas of litigation, including cite-checking, Bluebooking, proofreading, filing, preparing binders, and drafting form documents. Conducting research. Coordinating with other departments, as well as external partners and clients. Providing administrative assistance as needed, including scheduling, copying, note-taking, expense reports/tracking, travel arrangements and office filing.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience working in legal office preferred. Must feel comfortable calling government offices, including courts, police departments and prosecutor’s offices. Excellent research, writing, and editing skills and outstanding attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment and deliver timely and high-quality work. Strong work ethic, sense of humor, flexibility, creativity, and a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a sometimes-hectic, open plan office.
