ProfileLegal Investigations Support Lead, Legal Online Operations The candidate will be driving force behind the success of Legal team, ready to roll up sleeves to create and improve processes, maintain records, conduct legal research and coordinate communications across the team. As closely support team, may find working with multiple groups within the Legal Department, internal clients across company, and external parties. As a Legal Investigations Support Lead, play a key role in the overall, organization wide, Legal Online Operations initiatives and goals. Specifically, will coach and mentor junior team members and new leaders. Manage the Legal Investigations Support team. Develop, maintain, and report on appropriate metrics to drive process improvements. Contribute to maintaining best practices for the whole organization. Program and project manage these projects along with other team members. Manage existing process queues and develop new flows as the legal frameworks and products evolve.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have BA or BS degree or equivalent experience. Must have 10 years of experience working in an operations related role or an equivalent area. Experience in working with legal counsel and handling legal processes is preferred. Experience with launching new programs is preferred. Experience in building or managing stakeholder and user experience projects/programs is desired. Must be highly organized, with excellent team work, presentation and communications skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. Should have excellent people management skills with a proven track record of managing staff growth.
