Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal Duties: Significant client interactions both in-person, through e-mail and via phone. Maintaining of attorney’s busy calendar system. Client Meetings. Attorney Seminars. Out-of-State Conferences. Creation and maintaining of client files. Comfortable with dictation for the preparation and creation of client correspondence. Ordering of Supplies and Organizing of client files both hard copies & electronic. Use of drafting software, Wealth Docx, in creation of answer files and proposals. Collection of information and/or assets for the preparation of probate forms, including: inventories, accountings and state inheritance tax return.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate/Associate’s Degree or Equivalent work experience. Estate Planning and Probate knowledge and experience preferred but will train passionate applicant. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Self motivated; working often with little direct oversight. Time management, working proactively. Proficient computer skills. Analytical fundamentals.
