Legal Assistant - International Arbitration The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and handling client billing; scheduling of travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments; corresponding with clients and attorneys. Composing and drafting routine cover letters and documents. Reviewing and distributing incoming mail and fax communications. Preparing expense reimbursement requests and daily timesheet entries for the attorneys assigned. Assist paralegals and attorneys with translations, legal submissions and document management. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree. Spanish fluency a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential, outstanding project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Must be proactive, flexible, and have exceptional computer skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint.
