"Attention to Detail"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

The firm should hold more events crosspromoting with other firms that deal with different areas of practice. Something like this would be great for revenue.

Pros : My superiors here really motivated my fellow attorneys and I to do the best we can for our clients. They also take a proactive approach to making sure our clients feel welcomed and cared for here. Salaries are competitive and resources are great.
Cons : If there is a flaw here it's that there aren't too many opportunities to network with other firms. I think the lack of networking has somewhat affected the firm when it comes to attracting more clients from other industries.
