HR Paralegal - Contractor The candidate will generate / send offer letters to Blended Care candidates. Be the point person and answer questions about benefits/offer letters & legal queries - with support from HR and Legal. Build up a wiki of knowledge over time of FAQs. Manage benefit questions and liaise with payroll to support payment. Be a resource for equity questions in connection with option grants. Create and manage the onboarding flow - I-9s, onboarding presentation, etc. Act as an initial point of contact for legal questions regarding employment law questions- managing the query process and coordinating with outside counsel, as needed. Work on special projects, as they arise. Must have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in-house or a top law firm, with special focus on HR or employment law. Must be able to work collaboratively across all levels of the company Independent worker who can manage time effectively and be comfortable working remotely. Should have experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. Lever, Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Must have strong attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree required.
