Administrative Assistant The candidate will assist in management of Owner’s local personal assets. Will maintain confidential correspondence and general files, including incoming and outgoing electronic communications. Provide administrative support to Senior Staff Members as needed. Draft professional correspondence and emails as requested. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet set deadlines. Screen and distribute incoming phone calls. Daily Front desk responsibilities: answering phones. Distribute company mail, make bank deposits and perform other administrative duties as needed. Prepare excel reports on a weekly basis. Previous experience working in property management or construction is highly preferred. Should have 2+ years of experience in reading and comprehending legal documents a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is needed. Excellent working knowledge Microsoft Office product is essential. Notary Public is highly preferred.
