Contracts Administrator The candidate provides administrative support for the Legal organization and will primarily be responsible for contract administration to ensure contracts meet legal standards as well as company agreed to specifications. Review, revise and assist in negotiating sales contracts. Review, revise and assist in negotiating standard contracts. Reviews contracts for compliance with standard terms. Responds to basic inquiries regarding contract obligations. Track legal documents and contracts. All other duties as assigned. Bachelorâ€™s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is essential. Should have 2+ years of paralegal experience as an IP Paralegal, Contract Paralegal or administrator in a firm or corporate law department.
