Candidate with New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required. 10 years of experience with sophisticated commercial law firms in the practice of real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of developers, lenders and equity investors in real estate acquisition, development, finance and management is required. Will have significant experience on transactions involving affordable housing development. Other important areas of experience include commercial development and commercial leasing. Must have: excellent deal management capability, strong written and verbal communication skills, powerful analytical prowess, and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
