Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should have significant experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting US patents and foreign applications. In addition, should have excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Should have an Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree. Candidates must be registered or qualified to register with the USPTO. Preference is for E.E. patent prosecutor in Dallas and an M.E. prosecutor in Austin.
