Paralegal The candidate will be managing a company-wide Records Inventory for electronic and paper records. Will be assisting with development and implementation of an electronic Records Retention Policy. Implementing litigation holds and ensuring the preservation of information under litigation hold. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutes regarding the retention, storage, access, security and disposal of records. Advising and training associates regarding the management of information. Developing, establishing, updating and implementing new and existing records management policies, standards, procedures and classification systems. Assisting with e-discovery for all phases of the EDRM life cycle. Should have strong background in information governance and records management training. Experience and skills in information governance/records management and e-discovery is essential. Experience or familiarity with e-discovery trends and technology is essential. Experience with Project Management is essential. Excellent analytical, time management and verbal and written communication skill is essential.
