ProfileTrust Administration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of trust administration files for multiple attorneys, under the direction of the estate administration supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing files from start to finish, and will handle all aspects of trust administration, including to: Daily interaction with trustees, beneficiaries, and financial institutions; Providing notice to creditors; Obtaining date of death valuations; Preparing correspondence; Preparing trust accountings; Preparing trust divisions and distribution proposals; and Assisting with trust funding.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have experience in trust administration and/or probate. Should have experience with trust administration and/or probate (3-5 years). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Should possess effective communications skills, both oral and written. Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment – being a team player and enjoying working with people is a must. Demonstrated experience meticulously maintaining records and reports is needed.
