Duties:

• Facilitate and oversee real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Provide legal counsel for property financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial office leases.

• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other proceedings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
• Demonstrated expertise in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

• Current license to practice law in Minnesota.
