Review:

"Typical Big Law"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Allow employees to work from home or other flexible scheduling options. Work on communication between the partners and associates. Mentoring needs to be encouraged.

Pros : Big Law firm provides good general litigation experience. Good benefits including childcare. Collegial atmosphere. Everyone here is a solid professional.
Cons : Stress. Long hours. Poor work/life balance. They think the work is more important than it actually is. It can be difficult to move up in the firm.
