Temporary Real Estate Administrator The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of legal documents and provide administrative support to the Site Leasing Department. Draft and revise legal documents such as: Tenant Leases, Amendments and Memorandums, etc. Assist and review of Tenant Leases and Amendments as assigned by Leasing Managers. Prepare due diligences related to Tenant Leases. Update and inclusion of any prepared Lease/Amendment into REAs lease tracker. Other projects and duties as assigned. AA required, Paralegal Certificate preferred. Should have 2-3 years administrative experience working with legal documents and / or contracts/amendments. Experience preparing leases and legal documents required. Must demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet navigation. Notary public preferred.
