Associate Lease Administrator The candidate reviews office lease documents and records critical information in the company's real estate system, including key lease clauses and future rent payment and tenant income schedules. Inputs landlord invoices and tenant receipts to the real estate system and ensures that payments and rent invoices generated by the system are complete and accurate. Reviews legal documents required by landlords to ensure they are in compliance with the company's lease terms. Reviews the landlord's annual operating expense reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company's lease. Engages third party lease auditors when appropriate. Assists in the company's response to office incidents by reviewing lease provisions and monitoring the landlord's response. Must have Bachelor's degree. Internship or other accounting, real estate or paralegal experience is preferred.
