Paralegal/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: For matrimonial law firm: Prepare correspondences & client files; Prepare Stipulations of Settlement & Separation Agreements; Prepare Pleadings; Prepare Discovery Demands & Responses; Prepare Divorce Packages; Prepare Family Court Petitions; Prepare Statements of Net Worth; Prepare Financial Disclosure Affidavits; Prepare Statement of Proposed Dispositions; Put together Trial Notebooks; Putting together Motions; and, Assist in maintaining office calendar.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience. Must be proficient in WP, Word, Timematters, Timeslips, Excel, Outlook, ECourts, etc. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle high volume of case matters. Must have good communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Heavy phone contact with clients, Courts and professionals. Must be: Able to follow instructions; dependable; a team player.
