The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload, demonstrate strong litigation skills, and contribute to firm growth through effective client representation and business development activities.

Job Details:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including motions, trials, and post-trial matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
• Actively participate in firm business development efforts to attract new clients and promote firm services.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations in all activities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant courtroom experience in criminal defense and post-trial proceedings.
• Reliable transportation for travel to courts and client meetings.
