Job Responsibilities: Provide litigation and e-discovery support to the Litigation and Employment law team, including responsibility for certain Records Hold processes; and support dispute and complaint resolution, including litigations, mediations, and customer complaints Help plan and execute on key Compliance and Ethics initiatives, including the annual update and launch of the Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct training program; Dun & Bradstreet Compliance and Risk program; and the World’s Most Ethical Companies® assessment program on behalf of D&B Help execute on additional corporate compliance program initiatives, including the Policy Management program, as needed Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to create and deliver training, communications and awareness tools Conduct fact-finding, including supporting and managing the fact-finding lifecycle, and managing the D&B Compliance Hotline and other compliance reporting tools Develop metrics and produce reports for Global Compliance & Legal Risk Team Advise on corporate compliance policies; Regularly monitor compliance and privacy mailboxes Job Requirements: Paralegal or legal support experience required Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an in-house legal department and global corporate compliance experience a plus Must have a flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Must possess strong teamwork skills Must have strong organizational, analytical, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills Must be extremely detail-oriented Must be able to take on multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively Must be open to giving and receiving feedback
