Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Litigation The candidate duties will include: Use of computer applications, such as, Outlook, Excel, Word and Abacus; Create, maintain, and enter information into databases and/or computer applications; Maintain and organize client files and documents in paper and electronic filing systems, record information, update paperwork, and maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, and other materials; Prepare and organize affidavits and other documents, such as legal correspondence; Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including wills, contracts, motions, briefs, and other pleadings; Maintain attorney calendars; Interact with clients regarding court appearances, their matters and appointments; Provide general litigations support to the firm’s attorneys. Must have 3 years of relevant experience.
