Senior Counsel - Government Investigations The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of governmental enforcement inquiries, investigations or actions received by the Company globally. Responsibilities include interacting with government personnel, conducting internal investigations and working collaboratively with the company's Office of Compliance and Ethics as well as with other in-house lawyers, Internal Audit, Corporate Security, and other investigative functions. Should preferably have 8+ years of legal experience (preferably with Federal prosecutorial and/or enforcement experience), some of which should include having worked in-house or in a law firm. Experience with and understanding of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act is extremely important; experience with current federal and state pharmaceutical enforcement environment, and relevant statutes and regulations (including the FDCA, False Claims Act, and anti-kickback statutes) is highly preferred.
