Pro Bono Coordinator The candidate will be a part of the management team responsible for the involvement of the private Bar in the delivery of legal services in the firm's service area. Private attorney involvement involves both pro bono and judicare. Support a comprehensive, unified approach to pro bono and judicare case referrals and will expand the firm’s capacity to meet the pressing needs of low-income people in its service area. Significant engagement with the private Bar in all parts of the service area. Develop strategies to expand pro bono and judicare participation in the firm's service area. Build and maintain connections with the private Bar in all counties. Organize training for private Bar members. Provide oversight to the local office staff for maintenance of consistent case referral, management, and reporting practices for PAI cases. Serve as a resource to pro bono and judicare attorneys as necessary for case handling. Maintain a limited caseload in a defined substantive area. Participate in statewide pro bono events and training. PA Bar or by admission with 5+ years in practice is needed.
