Bilingual Associate Attorney Candidate will work on immigration law. Must have JD Degree from accredited law school and Massachusetts bar admission or ability to waive in to MA (recent graduates awaiting bar results will be considered); 1-2 years’ experience in asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, removal defense and/or family-based immigration; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Attention to detail and ability to self-organize; Ability to work collaboratively; Interest in immigration law and dedication to immigrants’ rights. Must be fully bilingual, with excellent English-language writing skills, an ability to work independently and in collaboration with other staff members in an informal, fast-paced environment, and 1-2 years’ experience in asylum, removal defense, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, and/or family-based immigration.
