Requirements:

• Some experience in courtroom proceedings, particularly in contested family law cases.
• Proficiency in managing a caseload efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal abilities paired with empathy and effective client communication.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with local court procedures in Collin, Dallas, and Denton counties is preferred.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to adapt to firm policies and practices.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas, with good standing in the Texas State Bar.
