Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employee benefits associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience with tax and employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; drafting, negotiating and counseling on executive compensation arrangements; and responding to government audits and subpoenas. The ideal candidate should have experience with health and welfare and retirement plan benefits, including drafting Summary Plan Descriptions and Summeries of Material Modifications, negotiating administrative service agreements, and research and counseling on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other laws governing employee benefit plans. Must be Bar licensed to practice or eligible to waive into the New York Bar.
