Bilingual Real Estate Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities include: Follows up on post closing items and ensures that all the appropriate documents were received. Composes and types routine correspondence. Transcribes dictation. Maintains calendars for both attorneys. Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Develops and maintains smooth working relationships with staff, attorneys and clients. Must be proficient reading and writing Spanish. This position requires 5 years of legal secretary experience preferably in Real Estate. Candidates must be able to type 65 wpm and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Proven advanced knowledge of Windows XP and Office 2003 to include Word, and Outlook is required.
