Real Estate Services Tech 2
The candidate will perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination for internal Project Manager and clients. Perform order and review of title, title curative duties, and detailed property research assistance; prepare reports and acquisition and relocation document packages that are certification-ready. Create and maintain budget and invoicing spreadsheet. Oversee schedule and budget in support of Project Manager. Coordinate closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings. Create and maintain tracking and parcel status database, and client reports. Demonstrate additional specialized skills and background as necessary for specific clients and projects. Perform other duties as needed. Should have 5+ years of experience related to right of way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending. Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus.. Must have the ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey. Should be Proficient with MS Office Suite. Database and GIS familiarity a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Should preferably have Proficient with SharePoint 2018; ProjectWise;l Primavera P6 – CPM Scheduling; Excel. Preference given to candidates who can speak English and Spanish.
